You may supply your own Special Occasion Permit and your own liquor, wine and beer.

Columbus Centre Bartenders must be used. Prices are available on request. For 120 or less guests, one bartender will be required. For more than 120 guests, two bartenders are required. If the function is large (i.e., more than 300 guests) and wish to make use of the small bar as well as the main one, you will require a third bartender.

Corkage is charged per person. This includes glasses, ice and fountain mixes. For an additional charge, juices such as orange juice, tomato juice, and clamato juice are available upon request.

If you prefer, the Columbus Centre can provide the bar for you using our liquor license. Included in the prices below are fountain mixes, tonic water, juices (orange, clamato, tomato) ice, glasses and bartenders. Bar prices also include PST and GST.

(where guests are paying for individual drinks)

Host Bar
(where the host is paying for the reception)

Liquor	charged per 40 oz. bottle
Beer	charged per case
Wine	charged per 750 ml. bottle

Prices are available on request. Arrangements can be made for special wines, premium liquors and/or liqueurs. For groups of 50 or less guests, there will be an additional charge for the bartenders.
