Any dishes not shown on the menu can be arranged to your satisfaction with the help of our manager. The menus shown are suggestions. We can prepare a custom menu for you. Tables are set with linen tablecloths and paper napkins. Linen napkins are available for a rental fee of $0.75 per person. They are available in white only. The staff will complete the table setting for you, including pouring wine for toasts. Decorating the tables is the responsibility of the party holding the function. The hall can be set up in several different arrangements to accommodate the type and size of your function.

If you are planning on serving cake later in the evening, you must supply paper plates, plastic forks and napkins. The staff will prepare only the service table for you. You will have to make your own arrangements to have the cake cut and served.
The Centre’s bartenders are required at all functions where liquor is served.
You may supply your own Special Occasion Permit. Only the alcoholic beverages listed on the Permit are allowed. The Permit must be posted and a copy must be provided to the office. Homemade wines must also be listed on the Permit. Corkage fee is $2.75 per person.
Columbus Centre Bar
The Columbus Centre can provide the bar for you using our liquor licence. Included in the prices (shown below) are fountain mixes, tonic water, juices (orange, clamato and tomato), ice, glasses and bartenders. Bar prices also include the HST. For Bar Sales less than $450.00, a bartender fee of $12.00 per hour will be added to your invoice.

Wine - $4.00/ glass, Wine - $22.00/ 750 ml. bottle

Cash Bar and Host Bar sales under $450.00 are required to pay a bartender fee of $12.00 per hour or $95.00.

3 bartenders if there are 300+ guests and you wish to use the small bar as well as the main one.
Cost per bartender is $110.00.
